Communication commitment
Am I the only one loving the new flow of communucation coming from CG? Especially our new community manager going out of their way to make sure we are we feel as if our input is valued and appreciated...

As far as the "he's only been on the job 3 or 4 weeks thing" that doesn't make much sense to me. If you need a month to get acclimated, that's fine, but maybe don't post until you're ready to do so on a regular basis.
