daily challenges bug

I've been simming the daily challenges. The game froze after displaying the first reward (there should be many as today all the challenges are active). I've talked to the in-game support and we confirmed that I did not get the rewards (only daily activities and fleet challenges). Unfortunately, the challenges are listed as completed and I cannot do them again. The in-game support claims they cannot let me do them again. Can anyone recommend what I can do? This happened to me again in the past https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Game-freezes-while-doing-multi-sim-of-daily-challenges/m-p/11607499. So I would like them to reimburse me for two days for all the challenges. Can I ask them for crystals? How many?
