Dark side Territory Battle?

I just don't see why they wouldn't have developed a TB for both light and dark before the release of TB this would allow those with heavy darkside rosters to actuall contribute to the guild. And those with heavy lightside characters have hoth to give heavy contributions. It is forcing people to play the game a very specific way and takes away from what has made this game so much fun. The ability to be able to both light and dark or have a mixture of the two. But now they want everyone farming lightside characters only since all darkside characters atm are useless for TB
