Noticed similar, wondering if the TFP taking off double the TM at times is due to the basic doing the check for debuff for extra damage and that counting as a separate attack? Zader was also doing some big TM removals as well.
Managed it with normal squad of Zader, Zid, EP, TFP and QGJ. All apart from Zader with high speed mods.
