Demoting Characters
Just spitballing here. Maybe make it an option to demote characters and convert them back into shards or sell back their levels for currency/droids. This would allow people to correct the roster bloat...

I personally think that being able to just undo all the “investment” one has put into a character just because they might not be using them in battle any more defeats the purpose of the game.
