Galactic War "level cap"
Supposedly the level cap was added to enemies you will face in this game mode in order to "more easily facilitate mastery" yet I'm still getting enemies that are 10 or 15 levels higher than I am. What...

Galactic War has 2 caps. A level cap and a power cap.
They said they had long had the level cap implemented at 85 (so you will never fight someone over 85), but they just added a POWER cap as there wasn't one before. Now the power of teams you face will be capped at what they consider achievable shortly after you reach level 85 (not sure what that means).
The idea behind it being that the game mode should become easy once you have been max level for a while rather than continuing to be a struggle for long time players.
