All the issues with the updates are getting swallowed up by the megathread. Dont let the free zetas make you forget that many users can no longer access the game due to it no longer "being compatible...

We are definitely looking to improve the flow of the new bug process. This is a change for us as well, and we agree we want to make it easy for people to find Answers HQ. That workaround should work for any apps when that issue occurs.
Won’t even allow me to submit a ticket in Answers HQ and I read others have the same issue, tried for hours and came back to my ticket for days. That was two weeks ago. I say we submit here as an alternative.
