Haven't been able to access mods since 10/18 update

On Wednesday afternoon 10/18/23 I was in the process of calibrating a mod when the game updated. Ever since then when I try to access my mods a pop up tells me mod calibration is in progress and I hav...

I've spent too much time and money on this game to risk losing my account, but I might not have any other choice if CG isn't going to do anything to fix it. Again, I dont know if there's been any progress since support won't tell me anything other than: "Please do not worry I have already mention this to the team and they are working on this. also we are very happy that you bring this concern to us."
