Higher then EA help

That someone can help with my problems

Unfortunately, not through any sources found here.

You can search at the EA website to see if you can contact someone there, but EA Help is the main branch of EA Support for this game.

I just want to talk to like a supervisor because the people that I talk to can't help me.

What’s the problem

When you are in contact with EA Help, you can also ask whom ever you are talking to, to speak to their supervisor or see if they can escalate your ticket to a specialist.
