Jedi knight raven quest

788-498-477 this problem is now 8 months old but I was doing Jedi knight raven quest on final tier there was a glitch and I did not receive final reward now the final reward is no longer there how do I get it reset not asking for anything free can’t find anyone to help customer service unless bug report countless times is there anyone I can call direct help is greatly appreciated also sent screenshots nothings

    788-498-477 I have had the problem for months with no resolution I played the Jedi knight raven quest on the last tier a glitch happened and I did not receive final reward I an not asking for anything free I just need quest reset final reward does not show so i can’t complete I sent screenshots of purchase to verify ownership,pic of no reward in quest I need your side to please reset quest that is all
