New Server, Top Level mid 40s, 3 Star Death Troopers???

Hello all. I am playing on a new server, the Rank 1-3 PvP leaders are level 44ish with most character shard levels 4 stars. Their are a few teams in the rank 10-20 area that are also level 40 or bel...

Funny how cheaters are either to dumb to realise they're advertising their cheating or simply don't believe meaningful action will be taken. They could just carry on in arena and tournaments with no way to ever really prove...but no cant resist.
