Making them neutral would allow them to work in either tb OR maybe a neutral tb.
Further can add hondo and pirates to game giving them neutral tag too, or hutts and other criminal clans.. they werent alligned with sith and as such might be bad but not alligned with darkside anyways. Same with jawas tuskens, ugnauts (ewoks actually did ally with rebels and as such with jedi luke so they would still be lightside.
I like the idea. I don't think we'd have enough neutral toons for a whole Tb right now but maybe eventually.
But having bhs available for both would add to their viability and wouldn't be game breaking since they aren't to op as is.
