Rename Sith Eternal Emperor to Sith Eternal Emperor Palpatine

Like in the title.

Add "Palpatine" behind that. We got a lot Eternal Emperor's out there. :)
Just for future stuff.

This is just a suggestion.

    There is only one eternal emperor.

    He does not end. His life spans millennia.
