One can definitely see similarities to Poe's meta with RG now, because having a G9 RG makes any team instantly better.
Still too early to say. I don't know if he needs a nerf or not, once we have all out competitive toons at G9 we will know. But since many players are blocked from having RG and other toons at G9, it's impossible to say.
