It s because some empire troopers rework or new empire toon is coming soon.You will run them with Vader and that squad will be new metaLast year same thing happened with GG rework first and then sep droids rework came

Last month was CWC. I thought that that would have given you a clue as to how useful these shards usually are.

Agent Kallus? Inquisitors perhaps (going on Hera being in shipments)
I suspect it is another rebel coming to bolster mon Mothma teams, or red 5 finally hitting the game like it was meant too 4 mo this ago (whether GAC feats had the use pilots feat that involved farm boy luke being a pilot).
