So it appears that the new platoon list that CG posted a couple weeks ago has not yet been implemented. Anyone know if what they published was incorrect, or have they just not changed the platoons yet...

Thanks for checking. Top communication on your part again. We'd barely know anything if it wasn't for you and your CG direct line.
Maybe they should start putting dates on things, or mentioning when a new addition to an old game mode hasn't launched yet.
