They screwed up again...AGAIN
You made it seem he didn't promise to make a statement prior to this TW...but he did and he didn't. That is BAD customer service. Your screenshot actually references that he said he would provide something on March 6th....Omg this is epic. Your attempt to cover up is actually the reason we should be screaming. This is how to be epically bad at customer service.
