Our first TW was against a much weaker guild (42 @86M participating for us, 21 units/territory). Now we're paired against a guild with 12M more GP than ours (45 @ 92M participating for us, 27 units/territory). Based on an admittedly small sample size of 2, I would say that the new algorithm could use some work.
