Can anyone tell me why I can't reach ea help or why it's not recognizing my email my Guild is overmatched 98% percent of the time & we don't have a fair chance at winning in TW

- EA Help doesn't care about your problems winning TW.
- EA Help has different options to reach them based on your location and the time when facilities are open.
when you go to EAHelp.com there should always be at least one option to email, but that can be a slow process depending on the time of day.
EAHelp is not really the correct location to be reaching out to for issues like TW matchmaking, they are more focused on one on one help for more localized account issues.
I suggest you make a post here to discuss your concerns, as others have done.
You can also add to the post at Answers HQ if you believe there is a bigger bug or issue with the game mode. There is a post there on this topic.
