10+m GP looking for a guild

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a new guild. :D

What I'm looking for
- focussed on PvE - TB&Raid
- 34+ stars in RotE
- Zeffo unlocked and playing | Mandalore at least close to unlocking, preferred already unlocked
- 140m+ in Naboo
- TW participation appreciated / recommended, but optional (I always play TW, but I do not like this DC-BS). Your TW planning should be good. If you loose every time, I'm not interested. I play TW for the relict mats, so should you.
- decent/good mod scores (ModQ 2.5+, ModQ110 5+)
- 600 tix is a no brainer for everyone (aka activity is requiered if you are not on holidays...misstakes are okay, as long as the mistakes ist not happening on a repeating schedule)
- Time zone preference: 1st Europe, 2nd east cost US
- Language: english or german (ether works, I don't care which)
- I think semi competitive would be best description matching
- discord should be you communication tool and the usual bots. I'm not that chatty so offtopic channels will mostly never see me, but I read everything else important and comment on stuff (you may like it or not, I don't care :P). And I will tell you when I have no or limited access to discord (mostly when I'm traveling or when I'm on events), because I use discord only on my PC :)
- if you expect players to farm for this DC-BS or GC chars...then I'm nothing for you.

- Zeffo ready, Bo unlocked (and soon ready to play Mandalore)
- working on Jar Jar and Jabba
- 5 GL, Prof, Exe
- modQ 4.4 I think and improving (over the last 15 months by 1.2 points or so), modQTop110: 8.09 (+3.1 over the last 12 months)
- 10+m GP
- experienced...I'm the raid officer in my current guild. I also take care of special missions (JKCK and Bo) in TB...
- my GAC is mixed bag, because I do not like 3v3

Why do I wan't to leave my current guild?
She transforms more and more to a casual guild and I don't see this changing. I tried for the last half year to change things but...the mayority is happy with it.

When?
before next TB? Or earlier. Not when TW or TB is running ofc.
