Nevermind. The member who left joined my Guild again.

I have one opening as of 27 minutes ago. If you want to join... no pressure, though!

If you’re looking to expanding your guild, inactive people aren’t going to help you.
It’s your guild, run it as you see fit and good luck - GodlsOnTheMove9 hours agoTraveler
harvestmouse1 is right... upgrade a couple of Ships to make them good. Preferably, they would be Ships that work well together (and with your Capital Ship). Additionally, I would recommend the Grand Inquisitior as a Journey Quest character. You have 4 of the 5 Inquisitiors you need already to a Relic level (you lack the 2nd sister I believe). It should be easier to go for him because of that... plus, the Inquisitiors make for a good start up team.

I don't have any guild advice, looks like a few guilds want you anyway. However, for your roster focus on something big. Find something (no matter how big) in the Journey Guide section that you have characters for the requirements and focus on that. A very good ship tends to be the best choice as it opens up more crystals in Ship Arena.

Besides, my goal is just to get oCptREXo into a good Guild... it doesn't matter to me whether that Guild is mine or someone else's. If he chooses to wait to join my Guild... great! If not, then I can't complain... there are plenty of other * awesome * Guilds out there that would love to have him.

chpMINIsolo, I do understand your thought process, but that is not how I intend to run my Guild. Kicking people out simply because they weren't active for a few days doesn't create the atmosphere of fellowship that I am trying to encourage. That doesn't mean that I won't kick people who are inactive... however, I intend to extend a little grace and allow people another chance (even if it costs me someone that would have been an Guild Member). We just have slightly different ideas on how to accomplish the same thing.

You’re missing out on getting an active player. If your guild is full, boot one of the folks that have not been active for more than a couple days. No reason to keep people that aren’t playing.

If you are still looking … check out Guild Search in-game and type in “New Syndicate Order”. We’d be thrilled to have you join us! We also have a recruitment post here with more details you can check out!

Hello, oCptREXo! My gaming name is GodIsOnTheMove, and I am the Founder and Leader of the Guild "Mystery Of Mercy." Unfortunately, my Guild is currently full... otherwise I would accept you right now. However, as I was talking with my Guild Officers about how to make the Guild more active, we came to the conclusion that a few people are going to need to be removed for their longstanding inactivity. I am going to contact those individuals first, but if they don't respond in two or three weeks time... there will be a spot available for you you want to join. Hopefully, though, other Guilds will see your value and you will already be in a Guild by then. I am happy to respond to any questions you have. I wish you well! God bless.
