Looking for a guild

Just started playing a couple days ago. Been grinding hard, spent a couple bucks to get a Resistance squad and they've gotten me through quite a bit of content so far. Just want more advice/direction...

That is there to prevent players from hopping from one guild to the next, 24h cooldown before you can join or make a guild.
