Looking for an active competitive guild

Hi, I am looking for a decently competetive guild that gets good rewards in TB and TW. The guild im in right now is not competetive at all and I want to be a bit more competetive. I' around 5.5 mil gp. 2, but about to be 3 gl's and I am active daily. I always deploy in TB. Looking for around 35 stars in ROTE. Any help would be great!
