You may be interested in Plan Ninety Nine. We run Legacy Raids (next one is The Pit Heroic, then Tank Takedown), and Hoth TB. We have about 40 members and are rapidly growing. Leader has 4 m GP. Guild GP is about 45 M, so lower than you would ideally wish, but I think we meet some of your other asks.
We do not require discord, and there is no minimum GP required to join. We have several experienced members.
We do require that players be active (or notify an officer if they’ll be inactive), and that players follow basic directions in events.
