You might have to give a little more information about your guild if you want people to be interested.
Which raid(s) do you run, do you rotate raids. What participation are you looking for. Casual, full? Is it different for t-wars. Which tb do you run is that rotated as well. Is discord mandatory? What timezone does your guild operate in. Just trying to help.
