The Outlander Club is looking for new members

I used the play the game about 5 years ago, I wanted to start up again and create a new account pick up the hyperdrive bundle and some other bundles to speed up my progress. I was wondering if this is something that would be considered, and if not could you maybe point me in the right direction on where i can find  a lower tier starter guild thanks for your time and consideration.
