Anyone has Geo Soldier at Gear IX ?

I am missing 'mk 3 czerka stun cuffs 'to promote his gear level to IX. So far i only managed to get 10 piece of salvage out of 50 needed. The drop rate seems very low on these like %10-15% or its my bad luck?

Is it worth it? . What kind of bonuses he is getting? speed damage etc?

    Very worth it, he gets +9 speed in tier 9, pushing him past Poe/Poggle/Rey/Han(w/AA leader) in turn order and becomes a top tier speed/dmg character. He's probably the best character in the game right now.

    He also gets a bunch of str/agi/int, some health, dmg and other stuff at gear 9. He can only not equip 1 item in Gear 9.
