It would be so nice if this were true. He turns into a mini-raid Han when his payout is activated and he hits pretty hard and even harder when attacking an enemy with TD and has good utility abilities now. I modded him to 216% crit damage. Hes probably my favorite rework.
MAYBE they are referring to his other ability that that grants him 25% TM on TD explosion. There can technically be 15 TDs at a time between him, Dengar and Zam. That is 3.75 turns right there. He can steal 100% TM also. Then redo his TDs. Dont know if that is an infinite loop but that could get pretty insane.
Bonus points for putting him Zam and Dengar with Jawa Scav and Jawa Engineer.
