I might post a video, but I don't know that it matters (I did post proof about RG stunning through evasion and got a dev response, so who knows)
They don't like to talk about character balance though, unless it's just a bug

See, I don't believe that because my Fives will not survive 1v5 against such a team. He's completetly maxed, except at 74. He doesn't even come close to winning such fights, but I'll check back at 76.
At 76 his damage is doubled, speed down already inflicted or not
Even before 76 he is probably the most OP character in the game right now since the update
