JML - the greatest Jedi in the movies... can have his charge blocked, the other toons have to use his charge as a special and basically miss their turn, and is still vulnerable when his charge is filled.
It's really not fair.
My thoughts exactly and you have no chance of charging it outside of the leader position.
Also, he is the only one who needs his faction and the very best of his faction. It is ridiculous!
