True, but I think she would actually be less effective than Chirpa or Chewie with the lack of tm removal, and her buff would be way overkill on the needed crit chance, plus then you're using her in P3 instead of P4, where she is already a staple of many different compositions.
She would definitely work, but I don't think she's the best choice.
