Qui-Gon Jinn, is he good?

Hera, as a character, has very limited use. Yes you do need her to unlock Thrawn and later, as mentioned above, needs to be R5 to unlock Profundity. I’ve never used her as a character and I won’t be anytime either. Her omicron is also only for TW so I laugh anytime I see anyone waste an omicron on her. It hurt to relic her but I only did it since she was a Profundity requir

Qui Gon has a lot more use, since his omicron makes him a powerhouse in GAC. GAC gets you a lot of crystals so GAC omicrons are a lot more valuable. Additionally, he is a requirement at R3 for JMK.

Well, he's definitely Light Side, and most people think that Dark Side = Evil and Light Side = good so...

Hera = Profundity, which is the best Cap Ship in the game for scoring crystals.

QGJ = JMK, who is the 2nd best GL in the game, and thus helps you get Arena tokens. Just kidding, he plays a small but decisive role in GAC & TW. The problem is that Profundity is all you need. You get that, and you have 400 crystals / day. If you get JMK you could still struggle in GAC and TW because the nature of those modes is that they require roster breadth (and in TW require strong guild-mates). JMK doesn't give you anything automatically the way Profundity does.

Given that... I think I would go Hera. Crystal income is too important, and Profundity helps more than JMK, therefore Hera helps more than QGJ.

Yea, important to note that the 400/day assumes you take 1st place in Fleet Arena daily. Having Profundity will be the first step in doing that, but be aware that the top 20 or so players usually collude to share payouts and act to keep outsiders from hitting the top.

There’s nothing illegal about this per se - it’s a very common practice - but you’ll want to start engaging/talking with the people at the top ranks of your fleet shard, so they know you are serious and plan to take climb into the top ranks every day. Hopefully they invite you to their group. (Having Discord will likely be required).

I joined the game the last Oct 30th....so, it will be very long for me to do that...haha
But so far, i enjoy the game very much. Just unlocked GM Yoda a few days ago...haha

Atm, i am at the point of upgrading any char. So that i have enough teams for a GAC.

Thanks for the advice regarding the use of omicrons. I have been playing for about 1 month and i only have 6 or so omicrons. So yes, i understand how rare they are.
Even zeta and omega can be bought at fleet store, using fleet arena tokens. But i havent seen any omicron being sold at any shipment.
