Perhaps if the reenforcement ability something like this:
- Lvl 1:Target ally gains 100% TM
- Lvl 2: Target ally's cooldowns reduced by 2
- Lvl 3: Target ally's reenforcement ability is triggered
Seems like triggering everyone's reenforcement ability could cause a lot of game balance issues.
