"Stunning team" update

Phasma is actually key to the team. She increases the number of stun attempts, slows down the other team so they don't wipe me out, and gives advantage so I do more damage. She's also the only really tanky character on the team.
Unless I have really bad luck, her assist alone is worth a couple of extra stuns a game, and even if not, an extra attack or two to finish someone off or set up Asajj's brutal AoE. And her 16% goes to 20% with the update. (Though I won't be surprised if she is nerfed.)
