Tusken Raider better than QGJ in this team for Rancor raid?

QGJ procs his TM gain alot, is easy to get over 200 speed with 105 potency. Which helps alot for when tenacity down falls off the rancor. He goes twice in a row multiple times in a raid with his TM gain proc. He is by far the better option.
