Whats a good anti palp team

I'm having good success with ackbar, hoda, GK, thrawn and cls

FO with a KRU lead can easily dispatch Palp teams as well.

Use EP/Vader. How old is your shard? Jtrey is useless in my Jan 2016 shard near the top against the EP/Vader contamination unless you have insane mods.

Most fights on offense end with me having full health and mid-protection. So it is reliable - for me atleast, however I wouldn't recommend this squad as permanent due to defensive issues. Goodluck!

I just sent you a private message. Anyone else using fo to defeat zEP teams? I run a FO team and could use some advice. I’m on a newer shard, late November/early December. Everyone is starting to switch to ep, Vader, shoretrooper, Tarkin, and thrawn teams. The zEP teams I face destroy me. Am I missing something? Vader seemingly always goes first and once he dots, that means thrawn is likely going next due to the tm gain, and if thrawn fractures kru I can’t get past shoretrooper. Even if I do go first and take down shoretroopers taunt, Vader goes next and dots and if thrawn hits fotp my damage is essentially gone or Tarkin aoes and reduces my damage or palp stuns my entire team or key characters. I just can’t seem to get by the tm gain cycle that Vader starts up with his dot.

Maybe I don’t have the speed of my characters correct? I put highest speed mods on kru, then fotp, foo, Ren, and fost. Fotp and foo are only 1 speed apart.

I'm using titans before.. i am simple man, so easiest way for me is put in rex to lead titans, kicked R2.

Han shoot first vader -> stun, thrawn swap tm with rex -> tenacity up = profit. U need fast thrawn. Rex can't outspeed thrawn bcause thrawn have higher base speed. 270 minimal is good number.

Btw rex lead titans can easily defeat JTR, palp team, but drop very bad on defence. So now i use palp team like everybody else :wink:

Kru lead is made to beat EP type teams

I use cls, han, thrawn, chaze.
Stun vader, fracture gk, kill ep first

I can also beat ep lead with titans (cls, han, thrawn, r2, gk) but it's not as easy
