Loaned unit levels

I seem to be missing loaned era levels, which has obviously affected my coliseum placement (currently 11). Ive got the following

Calendar - 5 loaned era levels

Tier IV - 3 loaned era levels

Pass - 4 loaned era levels

pass+ - 5 loaned era levels

lower-tier MJ bundle - 2 loaned era levels

I should have 19 but currently have 16, with a 98% score on tier 2. Ally code 827-633-635

Edit: I found the tier IV rewards in the webstore. It would have been useful if the game told me to look there. i did 10 battles in coliseum not knowing i had more loaned unit levels waiting for me in webstore. I then had to spend additional crystals to get another 5 battle attempts to progress...
