Unable to access any journey guide battle

As of about the last 12 hours, I have been unable to do any journey quest battles. This includes some that I am trying to start (R2D2) and others that I have already completed. The button will show green, but I cannot go to the next screen and select my characters for battle. It does nothing. 

I’ve force closed the app and had no success. I did log into an account that has progressed much further and am not having the same issue.
