bought the birthday bundle and its nowhere to be found

I just bought the bundle on the EA app and i cant find it anywhere, its not in my library and i've tried absolutely everything EA suggests. The order is successful, i've emptied the cache several tim...

lilmissElena5  When I click View in Library, I don't see the bundle, just the two separate games.  Since they're already installed, they appear alongside my other installed games, but for you, they should be below that with any other games you haven't installed.

Where did you buy the bundle?  If directly from EA, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and list the status of the order: Completed, Processing, or Failed.
