Having image issues Sims 1

My game starts fine but has this jumping black image lines on screen. Don't know what to do. I "repaired" it in EA app, reinstalled it, rebooted and it doesn't go away... Also tried waiting it out but just ended up crashing anyway.

HELP!!!

I have Windows 11 on Samsung Laptop.

    Samurai8092  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
