EDIT: I can confirm that MUTING "VOX" aka Simlish once again does fix this issue. I don't know why this always seems to fix it? 

Hopefully for The Sims team, this can continue to help pin point the issue!

EDIT #2: I made a new family and made them both celebrities and had them talk to other Sims who visited their house. No crashes upon saving and returning to main menu, BUT when I try to load into that family again, it crashes. See this additional new stkdmp file.
