Sims 1 Legacy - Bad UI scaling on 4K/high DPI screen

I have a 3840x2160 (4K) screen. When I launch Sims 1 Legacy Collection (Windows 11, Steam) the UI is oversized and pixelated, as if it were set to 800x600. Only when I manually set Windows to 1920x1...

Sadly can confirm the today's patch did not resolve the UI scaling/size issue for 1080p. 😞
(AKA the UI is still scaled way too small @ 1080p)
