Hi, try changing your computers scale and resolution, I have found this to work for me, it doesn’t change the CAS or Home Screen to full screen but it does make it a bit bigger than the screen you are showing in them pictures there plus the gameplay screen is zoomed in / full screen too, hope that helps , for me; my computer resolution is 1920 x 1080 and I changed the scale size to 175% and it made the screens a bit better, as mines were as small as yours too
Mines was small then like I said I changed the scale and resolution on my computer settings and it made it a bit bigger, I’m not sure how to get it full screen or windowed etc, I think this is maybe the best I am going to get it, and like I said as well the gameplay screen is full screen and zoomed in abit better so can see the build / bug options etc better too; hope this helps
