I'm also having the same problem as you. My Intel graphics card doesn't have Vulkan. I think I'll have to ask for a refund on Steam.

Yeah Nvidia definitely screwed you a bit on that one. Even though you have a 800 series branded Nvidia GPU which does support Vulkan. That specific chipset, the 820M is actually a 400/500 series GPU which does not. The 820M uses the Fermi microarchitecture which was used in the 400/500 series Nvidia GPUs first released to retail in April 2010. Hope this helps 👍

Since we already have a master thread, I'll lock this as a duplicate.
SgtRomeo9 The game should still run on an 800M-series GPU, at least according to the minimum specs. Even if the architecture is recycled, that's not enough to say the GPU is below requirements.
