I'm posting to get updates on this as well. Bought it in full and I have windows 10, the game says preparing game and then screen goes black and then nothing, just shows back up in the EA App like nothing...its disappointing. How long can we wait for it to be fixed before requesting a full refund?
I’m in the situation as you. I tried chatting with EA for a refund today, but they refused even though I have yet to play. They basically said I’ll just have to wait for a patch. I just wish there was a little more communication on whether the problem is actively being worked on, and how long it may take. I’m worried I’ll never get to play!
