These darn strays

They're peeing everywhere killing the room score outside. . . . . . Edit/addition:: if the beast pee was being a problem for you and learning about that sign helped you give them their flowers

    You can buy a " No Pets Allowed" in buy mode. Find painting icon then plus icon and it's early in that list. Stops strays visiting your lot

The sign is only really a half solution. I don't remember them peeing constantly in the original, but maybe they did? It's a shame to have to remove the feature of pets roaming around to solve a possible glitch.
