Your save data is now stored at %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Electronic Arts\The Sims 25. When you reinstall the game it kinda rebuilds the save data on the first launch. Have you tried replacing userdata2 again?
Yes, that's exactly what I did as I know that the game rebuilds the save data after re-installation. But the game doesn't take into account my save.
