@KHS12 I think Win 7 and 10 have the same problem when it comes to older games that use SafeDisc. Have you tried running as administrator, and the different compatibility modes (shortcut properties/Compatibility)? I've seen some say it only works for them in Win XP service pack 3, some say service pack 2, it varies. I run mine in SP 3, as admin. I tried all of that with the original .exe too, nothing worked. Just do a search for a no-cd patch for Complete Collection, and you'll hopefully be playing again before long :) You can also check the next to last post on the previous page. It has a link to a Google drive that has the file you would want.
