So I haven’t brought any non humans into my city yet. I read something about problems with some of them. So tell me what I should be watching out for. What kind of problems can any of these creatures ...

When you are on a Downtown lot and one of them shows up, they can autonomously turn Sims. So if you want control of the Vampire population, I would leave the lot when you see them enter (or keep them entertained until sunrise ;) ).
