can anyone please explain how to stop raining in sims houses?

I'm glad you asked that question, as I have leaves falling in my sims kitchen. There's an upper level and a roof, so have no idea why they are falling indoors.
I just noticed this is a TS2 question. Mine is happening in TS4.
